Conheça sua pele
Se tem a pele mais seca, procure por óleos de limpeza ou sabonetes hidratantes, produtos para o corpo mais suaves que os óleos de banho comuns e que promovem a higiene da pele sem ressecá-la. Mas se sente costas e colo mais oleosos ou com acne, siga as recomendações do seu médico dermatologista para limpeza e cuidados diferentes.
Limpe, hidrate e proteja
Criar uma rotina de cuidados com a pele do corpo é fácil e envolve apenas três passos:
● limpar — sabonetes, esfoliantes e outros produtos ajudam a retirar a sujeira, oleosidade e outros resíduos;
● hidratar — manter a maciez ou até recuperar a saúde da sua epiderme é possível com a utilização dos cremes ideais;
● proteger — é necessário garantir produtos que atuem na proteção da sua pele contra os raios solares.
De olho na fórmula
Existem inúmeras opções de hidratantes considerados tratamento de pele de todos os tipos. Os produtos à base de ureia 10% são uma ótima escolha para peles secas (mas que não sejam sensíveis ou apresentem dermatites, pois podem arder). Nesse último caso, vários outros produtos recuperam a função de barreira de proteção da pele, muitas vezes perdida nas dermatites.
