A micropigmentação, popularmente conhecida como maquiagem definitiva ou microblading, é um procedimento cada vez mais requisitado nos consultórios de estética.
A técnica de pigmentação corrige falhas capilares ou de coloração, principalmente no rosto das mulheres, como nas sobrancelhas ou nos lábios. Apesar de conhecida, sempre surgem dúvidas sobre a micropigmentação, como noções de preço, do que se trata e alguns cuidados que devemos ter ao fazer o procedimento.
Para esclarecer essas questões frequentes sobre a técnica, convidamos a especialista Pamela Mariotti, master em sobrancelhas, para recomendações e informações profissionais sobre o tema. Confira.
O que é a micropigmentação?

Segundo a especialista, a micropigmentação é “uma técnica de pigmentação semidefinitiva, utilizada para valorizar a beleza feminina, uma vez que corrige falhas em locais específicos, principalmente do rosto da mulher.”
Pamela esclarece que tecnicamente, o processo pode ser entendido como “o depósito de pigmentos na camada subdérmica da pele com o auxílio de equipamento e agulhas apropriados.”

De acordo com a profissional, existem diversos tipos de micropigmentação, como a paramédica, para camuflagem de cicatrizes ou estrias, até o procedimento capilar ou para olhos. Segundo Pamela, os tipos mais comuns são a micropigmentação de sobrancelha e dos lábios.

Para quem é indicada?
Segundo a especialista, a micropigmentação é indicada para mulheres que “buscam a correção de alguma falha na sobrancelha ou na coloração e desenho dos lábios.”.
Pamela acrescenta que a micropigmentação também reduz o tempo que gastamos com maquiagem no dia a dia, “uma vez que o procedimento tem durabilidade de cerca de um ano.”.
A especialista alerta que o procedimento é contraindicado no caso de queloides e para pessoas que são alérgicas ao corante. Nesses casos, a micropigmentação pode se tornar um risco uma vez que o pigmento entrar na corrente sanguínea.

Micropigmentação dói?
Outra dúvida frequente de quem deseja fazer a micropigmentação é a respeito da dor do procedimento. De acordo com a especialista, “na maioria dos casos as pessoas sentem um pouco de dor, ou pelo menos um incômodo na pele durante o procedimento”.
Pamela, entretanto, ressalta que é possível aplicar anestesia no local e há relatos de pessoas que não sentiram dor alguma durante a sessão
Quanto custa?
De acordo com Pamela, o valor é variado de acordo com o perfil do profissional e com o tipo de público que ele atende, porém a especialista nos oferece algumas noções de preço para alguns tipos de micropigmentação. Veja:
- Sobrancelha: segundo a master em sobrancelhas, “em média esse tipo de procedimento, com um profissional bem qualificado, chega a custar de R$500 a R$2.500, porém não é raro encontrar profissionais que cobram R$100 por uma micropigmentação.”
- Lábios: de acordo com a profissional, o procedimento “custa em média de R$800 a R$2.000, mas como no caso das sobrancelhas, por vezes encontra-se profissionais que cobram um valor bem abaixo disso.”A especialista indica procurar por fotos do trabalho do profissional e também se atualizar sobre a reputação do profissional que irá contratar, assim é possível evitar trabalhos baratos que precisam de correção e acabam saindo caro.

Se está pensando em fazer o procedimento veja os cuidados necessários, listados pela especialista, para que o procedimento assim como a cicatrização sejam efetivos.

- Evitar exposição ao sol e fazer uso de protetor solar na região, evitando ao máximo o calor, inclusive de secador de cabelo.
- Não lavar as sobrancelhas em água quente durante 48 horas.
- Para higienização da área, usar batom de cacau para manter a área hidrata.
- Não fazer esfoliação com intuito de ajudar a remover as crostas (casca) e não coçar a área que foi pigmentada.
- Não frequentar sauna, piscina e mar, nos primeiros 15 dias.
- Não usar maquiagem até a completa cicatrização.
- Não utilizar cremes com ácidos no local.
- Não ingerir bebidas alcoólicas por 48 horas.
Pamela ressalta que no caso de micropigmentação labial, recomenda-se o uso de medicamento específico para cicatrização por até 15 dias.
