Não desperdice seu dia dormindo até tarde. ‘Apesar de ser tentador, isso vai roubar tempo precioso que você poderia usar para sair e aproveitar seu dia’, diz o psicoterapeuta. Além disso, o hábito interfere no ciclo de sono durante a semana. Se você está cansada, tire apenas um cochilo no meio do dia.
