Como Se Bronzear Quando Está Nublado

O tempo nublado não deve ser um motivo para arruinar seus planos de pegar um bronze. As nuvensnão impedem os raios solares de alcançarem a Terra, por isso, o processo de bronzeamento quando está nublado não é tão diferente de se bronzear em um dia ensolarado. É necessário preparar a pele com uma esfoliação e hidratação, e o melhor horário para se bronzear é pela manhã, antes que o sol possa danificar a pele. Lembre-se de que o bronzeamento é uma forma de lesão na pele, portanto, tente não fazê-lo com muita frequência e use sempre protetor solar.

Preparando e protegendo a pele

    Hidrate a pele na noite anterior ao bronzeamento. Esse processo é uma forma de danificar a pele, portanto, é necessário deixá-la a mais saudável possível.
