· Tome só uma ducha por dia, em temperatura morna ou fria, que não chegue a embaçar o espelho do banheiro. Banhos longos removem a oleosidade natural da pele.
· Use sabonete neutro e evite o uso de bucha vegetal, pois se esfregar a pele, o bronze vai literalmente pelo ralo.
· Escolha hidratante que contenha lactato de amônia, ureia, vitamina E, óleo de amêndoas, extratos de camomila e calêndula, que retêm água e impedem a desidratação.
· Aplique o produto logo depois do banho, com o corpo úmido. Os poros ainda estarão abertos e vão absorver melhor os nutrientes. Reaplique-o à noite, para repor a água perdida, recuperar a maciez e manter o bronzeado.
· Beba pelo menos 2 litros de água por dia.

· Comer cenoura para conquistar o tom dourado não é mito. “Alimentos amarelados são ricos em betacaroteno, antioxidante que é transformado em vitamina A no organismo. Auxilia na formação de melanina, pigmento que promove o bronzeamento”, explica a nutricionista Lisnia de Paula. Cenoura, laranja, abóbora, mamão, manga, beterraba, couve, espinafre e brócolis são ótimas fontes.
· Além dos alimentos in natura ou cozidos no vapor, aposte nos sucos, que têm betacaroteno e hidratam o corpo.
