Hidratação caseira com abacate para tratar cabelos secos

Se os seus cabelos estão muito ressecados, seja porque você usou muita química ou porque eles são naturalmente mais secos, você sabe que é preciso ter uma rotina de cuidados mais específica com seus fios para amenizar esse problema.
No inverno, quando tomamos banhos muito quentes, a situação tende a piorar, pois a água em temperatura mais alta acaba removendo a oleosidade natural dos fios, deixando-os mais ressecados e sem forma.
Assim, além de usar um conjunto de shampoo e condicionador com pH estabilizado, é preciso também hidratar e nutrir os cabelos para evitar que eles fiquem secos, quebradiços e cheios de pontas duplas.
A dica de hoje é da youtuber Vandressa Ribeiro, dona de uma belíssima cabeleira cacheada. No vídeo, ela ensina a fazer uma hidratação caseira poderosa de abacate para deixar seu cabelo mais macio, forte e brilhoso:
Os ingredientes dessa máscara são baratos e fáceis de encontrar, e cada um tem uma função específica na receita.
O abacate serve para hidratar e nutrir, o creme de leite repõe a oleosidade perdida dos cabelos ressecados, o açúcar dá brilho e o óleo vegetal é mais um reforço na hidratação e na nutrição dos fios. Anote as quantidades:
- 3 colheres de sopa de abacate
- 1 colher de sopa de creme de leite
- 1 colher de sopa de açúcar
- 1 colher de sopa de óleo vegetal da sua preferência
Agora, vamos aprender como fazer a máscara e a forma de aplicá-la nos seus fios:
1. Bata o abacate, o creme de leite e o açúcar no liquidificador

2. Passe essa mistura em uma peneira

3. Adicione uma colher de sopa do óleo vegetal da sua preferência

4. Lave o cabelo apenas com shampoo

5. Aplique a mistura nos fios, principalmente no comprimento e nas pontas, enluvando bem

6. Faça um coque e deixe a mistura agir por 30 a 60 minutos

7. Enxágue muito bem para não deixar resíduos, senão o cabelo pode ficar pesado

8. Passe o condicionador que você usa normalmente duas vezes e pronto!

Uma dica final: no vídeo, a youtuber Vandressa conta que preferiu fazer sua máscara com produtos mais naturais, por isso ela não acrescentou nenhum tipo de máscara industrializada.
Porém, se você sentir dificuldade para espalhar a mistura nos cabelos, você pode acrescentar uma máscara industrializada para fazer com que a sua receitinha deslize pelos fios mais facilmente.
