Invista em mamão, cenoura, acerola, abóbora e em folhas verde escuras, como espinafre, brócolis, escarola, mostarda, entre outras.
2- Nutricosméticos
O dermatologista César Cuono aconselha a ingestão dos chamados nutri cosméticos – os famosos cosméticos em cápsulas.
– As cápsulas contêm uma quantidade já suficiente de betacaroteno, vitaminas e antioxidantes que a pessoa deveria ter para o bronzeado. Quantidade essa que é difícil conseguir só com alimentos. Além disso, elas ajudam na foto proteção da pele, mas é claro que não dispensam o uso do protetor solar.
3- Hidratação
A pele precisar estar bem hidratada antes e após tomar sol. Crie o hábito de passar hidratante no corpo duas vezes ao dia, preferencialmente após o banho. Faça o mesmo com o rosto, mas escolha um produto específico para essa área e que seja compatível com seu tipo de pele.
4- Banho frio
Aproveite que é verão e esqueça os banhos quentinhos que você toma nos dias gelados. A água quente resseca a pele, o que deixá-la ainda mais sensível e com propensão a descascar. Além disso, não use esponja e prefira sabonetes neutros e líquidos, que agridem menos a pele.
5- Protetor solar
Proteger a pele do sol é fundamental, até mesmo para quem quer conquistar a cor bronzeada perfeita. Sem ele, a pele fica muito agredida, ardida e em um curto espaço de tempo. O valor do filtro solar também não deve ser tão baixo. O fator 30 é o ideal. Para o rosto, conte com fator mínimo de 40.
6- Horários
De acordo com o dermatologista César Cuono, hoje em dia, o sol é perigoso em qualquer horário. Mesmo assim, se você puder, deve escolher tomar sol antes das 9h ou após às 17h (horário de verão).
– Além disso, evite ficar exposta ao sol durante muito tempo. Uma hora por dia é o ideal.
Se você só tem um final de semana para pegar uma corzinha, tente alternar os horários, pegando um pouco de sol pelo começo da manhã e mais um pouco no final da tarde.
7- Autobronzeador
Depois que voltar da praia ou da piscina, se tiver seguido todas as dicas dos profissionais, pode fazer uma complementação do bronzeado com um autobronzeador.
